May 29 - 31 Volunteer Rally
The Black Belt Community Development Coalition is seeking energetic and innovative volunteers within the Dallas County area.

Come out and enjoy a night of relaxing activities! There will be wine samples from local Alabama Vineyards and Wineries, Food, Live Music, Painting Souvenir Activity, and a Fundraising Auction.
All donations will support our Candle Lighters Community Re-Entry Program and our efforts in creating an Emergency & Continuum Care facility for homeless and/or battered women and children within our community.
Our fundraising goal for this event is 25K and we look forward to your sponsorship and attendance.

Messes & Master Pieces Summer Program
Activities: Art (Painting, Sculpting and Sketching) Photography, Dance, Theater, and Music Classes will be offered. Each class will prepare our program participants to create their very own play. We will give them the opportunity to plan, develop and carry out this event by designing a set for the play, selecting the appropriate music for the play, develop performances during the intermissions, and capture this event through film and or photography.
Messes & Master Pieces: a program for toddlers to middle school youth to introduce different types of art as an outlet for expression and learning opportunities. This program will be volunteer based, kick off this summer, and will continue through the upcoming school year based on funding.
Length of Program: 6 weeks
Daily Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Ages: 3 - 12
Program Capacity: 25 - 35 participants (based on program funding)
