Dress for Success
Dress for Success – is a program that will provide business etiquette, professional dressing, mock Interviews, and mentoring opportunities to community participants.
Prison Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program – is a program that will provide business etiquette, business planning and assessment strategies, mock business exposition, and mentoring opportunities to incarcerated individuals who are re-entering the Black Belt Communities.
Employment Learning Series – is a program that will occur bi-monthly providing individuals with key tips and resources on career identification and placement opportunities within Dallas County. The key note speakers of these sessions will range from local business owners, to community advocates, to professional organizational members.
Candle Lighters – is a program designed for individuals in transition (homeless, high school, unemployed, recovering substance abuser, etc.) looking to develop key basic skills to obtain employment. Through this program these individuals will have the opportunity to select a mentor from a participating small business to mentor and gain experience “A Day in the Life of,” their desired career paths and industries.
